It was immaculately clean and wonderful relaxing place, had fantastic location and staff. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Attentiveness of the staff. Beautiful garden and excellent pool area.

An elegant atmosphere, I liked it. Trendy rooms and relaxing bar area. Lovely garden and lovely pool. Staff were very engaging, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to downtown. I found comfy A Morgadinha restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. I had the brunch there;))

I had a warm welcome, useful staff. Double superior and air conditioned room, very clean bed. That was exceptional hotel set in very relaxing area, next to the city center and a hill to the North of Funchal excellent food.

Nice place to stay in Funchal, if compared to other hotels. Early check in & late check out, satisfactory location. Lots of outstanding items for continental breakfast. Staff were more than helpful and the view was fantastic.

Breakfast was lovely, location was beautiful, staff was charming. Exceptionally comfortable beds, common rooms, cosy balcony. They made my stay delightful! The pool was heated and I had tasty drinks in the downstairs bar.
